Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hen
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 pkg. spaghetti
    1/2 American cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    onion salt to taste
    celery salt to taste
    3 large onions
    4 garlic buttons
    2 green peppers
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Simmer chicken (water enough to cover) until tender.
    Add salt, pepper, celery salt and onion salt.
    Let chicken cool and debone. Cook tomatoes with chopped onions, peppers, garlic and mushrooms until tender.
    Take 1/4 of chicken stock; bring to a boil and add spaghetti, cook 12 to 15 minutes.
    Drain.
    Put chicken, vegetables and spaghetti in casserole; cook 30 minutes on low heat.
    Add cheese just before serving.
