Southern Style Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
6 medium onions, sliced
2 to 3 Tbsp. curry powder
2 tsp. sugar
pinch of Mrs. Dash
pinch of lemon pepper
pinch of Accent
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth, undiluted
Preparation

Saute onions in large skillet until soft.
Stir in chicken and curry powder.
Add sugar, pinches of seasonings and chicken broth. Stir all together.
Bring to boiling point, then turn to simmer. Cook, uncovered, but stir occasionally.
The curry is done when the chicken is tender and sauce thickens.
Serve with rice or noodles.
