Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper
    6 carrots
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    dash of celery salt
    dash of seasoned salt
    dash of salt to taste
    dash of pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef, onions and carrots until roast is falling apart. Grind beef, onions, carrots, and green pepper.
    In same pan, cook all ingredients in same juice from roast.
    Cook until meat is dry or juice is gone.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
    Top with cole slaw.
