Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten stiff
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. whole pecan halves

Preparation

Beat egg white stiff; add soda, salt and brown sugar, mixing well.
Fold in pecans.
Drop by spoonful on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
