1 doz. eggs, beaten until foamy
1 (8 oz.) can whole green chiles
16 oz. sour cream
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

Place chiles and grated cheese in baking dish. Combine eggs and sour cream. Pour over chiles and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until set in the middle. Serves 6 to 8.
