Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Hi Ho crackers
    2 1/2 tsp. poppy seed (optional, I don't use)
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook chicken, remove from bones and cut in bite-size pieces. Put in 9 x 11-inch buttered casserole.
    Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.
    Crush crackers very fine.
    Sprinkle over mixture.
    Pour over the melted margarine and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    This reheats very well.
