2-Minute Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Stir sugar, cocoa, salt, milk and vanilla together in 1 1/2-quart casserole until partially blended (mixture is too stiff to thoroughly blend in all of dry ingredients).
Put butter over top in center of dish.
Place in microwave oven and cook about 2 minutes or until feels warm on bottom of dish.
Stir vigorously until smooth.
If all butter had not melted in cooking, it will as mixture is stirred.
Blend in nuts; pour into buttered 10 x 6 x 2-inch dish or pan.
Chill 1 hour in refrigerator.
Cut into squares.
Makes about 34 squares.
