Lamb Skewers With Curry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lamb
    1/2 c. chopped dried fresh parsley
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1 slice bread, torn in pieces
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    6 slices lean bacon
Preparation
    Place lamb and parsley in a medium size bowl.
    Put egg, broth, bread, onion, salt and pepper into blender.
    Cover and blend about 1 minute.
    Add to meat and mix well.
    Form meat into balls, using a scant 1/4 cup meat for each.
    Make small fold at 1 end of a bacon slice and thread on skewer.
    Push skewer through meatball. Fold bacon around it and push skewer through bacon just far enough; add next meatball and repeat.
