Mom'S Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    dash of salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper
    1/2 tsp. diced oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
Preparation
    Wash potatoes; cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut in wedges. Boil 5 minutes with salt.
    Drain and dry.
    Layer potatoes on lightly greased baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheeses.
    Bake for another 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are done.
