Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 can tomato paste
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except cheese; mix well.
    Pack into a greased
    9\tx
    5-inch
    pan and shape.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven; top with cheese.
    Return to oven with cheese melts.
