Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

6 split chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 bags Success rice chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
2 stacks Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter, melted
1 to 2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts.
Cool and cut into bite-size pieces. Cook rice in chicken broth.
Pack cooked rice in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle 4 to 5 teaspoons of broth on top. Place chopped chicken on top of rice.
Mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour this mixture over chicken.
Crumble Ritz crackers and mix with butter.
Spread on top of casserole.
Sprinkle top with poppy seed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
