Strawberry Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (I use low-fat)
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 c. strawberries, crushed
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and honey in a bowl.
    Add strawberries and pineapple; blend well.
    Pour into a freezer tray and freeze 2 hours.
    Cut into 4 portions.
    Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with strawberry slices if desired.
    Add nuts if desired.
