Hot Caramel Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    3 lb. sliced apples (Golden Delicious), tossed in juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 oz. brandy
Preparation
    Heat butter in skillet.
    Saute apples about 5 minutes, turning frequently.
    Add sugar, cinnamon and brandy to apples and place in baking dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour in an uncovered baking dish. Serve hot or cold.
