Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 qt. popped corn
3 c. brown sugar
2 sticks margarine
3/4 c. white syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. butter or vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp. soda
2 c. peanuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except peanuts, corn and soda.
Bring to a boil; boil 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add soda.
Pour over corn and peanuts; stir well.
Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.
After cooled, store in airtight container. Keeps well.
