Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe tomatoes, hand chopped
    1 onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 or 3 serrano or jalapeno chilies, seeded and minced
    1/4 c. minced cilantro
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. lime juice or wine vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Makes about two cups.
