Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 red bell pepper (1/2-inch)
    3 c. cold cooked rice
    2 tsp. dark sesame oil
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. pea pods
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
Preparation
    Prepare rice and set off to the side to allow to cool.
    Brown beef, garlic and ginger; drain.
    Heat vegetable oil over medium heat until hot.
    Stir-fry pepper and pea pods 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
    Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well. Return beef and heat 5 minutes.
    Stir in green onion.
    You can put any kind of meat in place of the beef.
