Sausage And Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) pie shells
    1 lb. sausage (hot)
    12 oz. chopped mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 oz. grated cheese
    1 c. heavy cream
    4 well beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare pie shells and bake 8 minutes. In large skillet, brown sausage, breaking into pieces.
    Remove sausage from drippings and add drained mushrooms and onion.
    Cook and stir 5 minutes; drain.
