Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    First prepare topping mixture by rubbing together 2 tablespoons of fat, 2 tablespoons flour, 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/3 cup sugar and chopped nuts, if available.
    Next, rub 2 tablespoons fat into 2 cups flour.
    Beat together egg, 3 tablespoons sugar and milk.
    Combine with flour by stirring until smooth for about 1/2 minute.
    Then beat vigorously for 1/2 minute. Spread in a lightly greased 8 x 8-inch deep pan.
    Finally sprinkle topping mixture on cake batter and bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 22 minutes.
