Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup and 1 can water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except flour, butter, soup and water. Mix well.
Form patties and roll in flour.
Brown both sides in butter.
Pour soup and water over steaks and simmer covered for 45 minutes.
Turn after 20 minutes.
