Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large bell peppers
1 lb. ground turkey
1 large onion, minced
3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cut off top of each pepper. Remove seeds. Parboil in boiling water in saucepan for 3 to 4 minutes and drain.
Brown turkey with onion in skillet coated with Pam cooking spray. Add tomatoes. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except bread crumbs.
Mix well. Stuff green peppers with turkey mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until peppers are tender.
