Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    4 c. apples, diced
Preparation
    Stir together by hand (do not use mixer) all ingredients, adding nuts and apples last.
    Sprinkle top with 6 ounce package of butterscotch chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
