Milk Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil or drippings from any fried meat
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can evaporated milk
    sweet milk as needed
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat oil or drippings until hot. Add flour and stir constantly until browning begins. Pour canned milk slowly into saucepan while stirring; reduce heat to medium. Stir constantly to get all lumps out. May need to add a little sweet milk to keep gravy from being too thick. Just keep stirring and adding milk slowly to reach right consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
