Steak New Orleans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. can beer
    1/4 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    3 lb. sirloin steak (1 1/2 to 2 inches thick)
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients (except steak, salt and pepper).
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Brush meat with hot sauce and grill over medium hot coals for 15 minutes on each side.
    Baste frequently with sauce.
    Season with salt and pepper after removing from grill.
