Pecan Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. chopped pecans
6 unbaked 3-inch tart shells
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Stir in corn syrup, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla.
Add pecans; mix well.
Spoon into tart shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.
