Chicken Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stewing chicken
2 c. diced potatoes
2 c. sliced onions
2 c. corn
2 c. butter beans (limas)
2 c. tomatoes
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 Tbsp. salt and pepper
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Stew meat until tender.
Remove bones.
Add vegetables to meat; add seasonings.
Cook until vegetables are done.
Add butter and bread crumbs to thicken.
Serve hot.
Add water as necessary.
