Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. mixed vegetables
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 Tbsp. grated onion or more if preferred
cracker crumbs
3/4 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook vegetables in salted water until tender.
Drain, but not too dry; leave a little to make vegetables juicy.
