Rigatoni With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 lb. Italian sausage, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    3 c. water
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 lb. pkg. rigatoni
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 lb. Muenster cheese, sliced
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet; saute sausage, onion and garlic until meat is browned.
    Add mushrooms, bay leaf, salt, pepper, tomato paste, water, oregano and sugar.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover; simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
