Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Mix well and bake at 325\u00b0 in a greased tube pan for 20 minutes.
