Mexican Beef Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. elbow macaroni, uncooked
2 lb. ground beef
1 medium or large green pepper
1 medium onion
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, cut up and drained
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
16 oz. Pace picante sauce (medium)
4 1/4 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
Preparation

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
In a large skillet, combine ground beef, green pepper, onion and garlic salt.
Cook until beef is browned and vegetables are tender. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, picante sauce, olives and salt. Add macaroni.
Mix well.
Heat thoroughly.
Stir in cheese. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
