Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
2 c. milk
2 to 3 c. Niblets corn
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Fry sausage until browned; drain and set aside. Blend margarine and flour to make paste. Add milk and heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Add sausage and corn. Pour mixture into a casserole bowl. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
