Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 can chocolate icing
Preparation
    Beat pudding, sugar and milk until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan with oleo.
    Place a layer of whole crackers on bottom of pan.
    Top with half of pudding and then another layer of crackers.
    Add the rest of the pudding and finish with layer of crackers.
    For best flavor, make a day ahead before serving.
