Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. pineapple, drained
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 eggs
3 sticks margarine
5 bananas
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. pecans, crushed
Preparation

Combine crumbs with 1 1/2 sticks of margarine and press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch container.
Whip 1 1/2 sticks of margarine with 2 cups of confectioners sugar and 2 eggs for 15 minutes. Spread on top of crumbs.
Spoon drained pineapple over topping. Place sliced bananas over pineapple topping.
Spread Cool Whip over bananas and sprinkle pecans on top.
Refrigerate.
