Carrot Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated carrots
2 c. fresh fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 lightly beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. oil
1 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except peas; pour into greased mold.
Set in pan of hot water.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until firm. Unmold on platter and fill with hot green peas.
Top with carrot curls.
Serves 6.
