Wacky Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vinegar
7 tsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix all together in a bowl.
Pour into a 9-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
