Teriyaki Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 lb. flank steak strips
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. bite size vegetables
    1 c. beef broth
    4 tsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. minute rice
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, brown sugar and seasonings.
    Add beef; let stand 10 minutes to marinate.
    Stir-fry beef in skillet until brown.
    Add vegetables; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
    Mix broth and cornstarch; add to skillet.
    Bring to a boil, then boil 1 minute.
    Prepare rice as directed.
    Serve beef over rice. Approximate cooking time:
    30 minutes.
