Upside-Down Ravioli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium onions, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
16 oz. shell macaroni
2 c. water
1 c. Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
2 tsp. salt
2 or 3 garlic cloves
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
10 oz. frozen spinach
1/4 c. parsley flakes
1 jar mushroom pieces (optional)
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown onions, garlic and ground chuck.
Add tomato sauce and paste, water, salt and pepper.
Simmer 30 minutes, covered.
Cook spinach and let cool; add parsley and beaten eggs.
Cook macaroni and drain.
Mix together and stir.
Place in greased casserole and top with Parmesan cheese.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, uncovered. Serves 10 to 15.
