Corn Flake Macaroons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. cut up nuts
Preparation

Mix in 1 1/2 qt. saucepan the sugar, milk and butter.
Cook stirring constantly over medium heat to a boil.
Boil and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla, corn flakes, coconut and nuts.
With 2 teaspoons, drop quickly onto wax paper. Let stand until set.
Makes 2 dozen.
