Irish Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. raisins
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. caraway seed
4 Tbsp. shortening, melted
2 c. milk
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and sugar 3 times.
In separate bowl, put milk, melted shortening and eggs; beat slightly.
Blend into flour mixture.
Add raisins and caraway seed; mix.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
