Summer Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cantaloupe, scooped into balls
4 peaches, chopped
1 (No. 2) can chunk pineapple, drained and reserve juice
1 medium size bunch white grapes
3 bananas, sliced
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
2/3 c. pineapple juice (if reserved juice does not make 3/4 c. add water)
Preparation

Layer fruit in bowl.
Cook sugar, cornstarch, salt, egg yolks and pineapple juice until thick.
Let cool.
Pour over fruit. Chill.
