Very Smooth Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    milk
    1/4 c. cold water
    dash of salt
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped (may use Cool Whip)
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar and margarine.
    Press onto bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool.
