Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. cream (half and half or evaporated milk)
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cut in bite-size pieces
    1/3 c. white wine
    1/4 c. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
    Meanwhile, in heavy saucepan in margarine, cook onion and celery until tender but not brown.
    Blend in soup, cream and curry powder.
    Add chicken or turkey, cooked rice, wine and parsley.
    Put in 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Can freeze.
