Oven-Fried Fish Or Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. fish fillets or chicken breasts, skinned and boned
6 diet bread sticks (Kroger or Food Lion)
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. prepared Butter Buds
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
-
Mix crushed bread sticks with
garlic
powder and onion powder.
Dip fish or chicken
into
Butter Buds and then bread crumbs and place on a nonstick pan cookie sheet.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Recipe equals 1 protein unit, 1 grain.
