Frosting For Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 egg white
    1 c. sugar
    8 large marshmallows
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, heat and beat first three ingredients until frothy and chalk white.
    Add marshmallows and beat until thick and creamy.
    Remove from heat.
    Clean beaters and beat some more.
    Divide into sauce dishes and color; use immediately.
    Cover when not in use.
