No Fat Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Coke or Pepsi
    1 c. catsup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a pan and cook on low for 15 to 20 minutes or longer for a thicker sauce.
    Brush chicken or other meat as it cooks; serve remaining sauce on side.
    Serves 6. Contains 76 calories, 13 mg cholesterol and 0 grams fat.
