Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweet potatoes or equivalent fresh sweet potatoes, mashed
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. melted butter
    black walnut flavoring to taste
Preparation
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes in greased casserole dish.
