Ingredients
    1 leg lamb or 1 (4 lb.) beef roast or 1 (4 lb.) pork roast or 1 (4 lb.) veal roast
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Rub a light coat of salt over the meat; sprinkle with pepper. Place fat side up in a baking pan.
    Put in a 325\u00b0 oven for approximately 1/2 hour per pound of meat.
