Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches broccoli
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 lb. cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 pkg. Town House or Ritz crackers
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook broccoli with salt until tender and then drain.
    Melt cheese and butter, then add milk.
    Add cheese sauce to broccoli. Mix in 3/4 of 1 package of crackers to mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
