Dump Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry or apple pie filling
    1 box yellow or white cake mix
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, pour the drained crushed pineapple; spread evenly.
    Pour contents of pie filling evenly over crushed pineapple.
    Sprinkle entire box of dry cake mix over pie filling; spread evenly.
    Cut stick of butter into pats and place them over cake mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Tastes great hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
