Beef Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chuck or sirloin roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup, mixed with 1 c. water
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cover large roasting pan with enough foil to wrap roast in. Wash roast, salt and pepper one side.
Pour 1/2 of mushroom mixture in roaster.
Put roast in mixture, salted side down.
Pour rest of soup mixture on top of roast.
Salt and pepper this side.
Roll sides and ends of aluminum foil.
Cook in oven at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours. Can be fixed the night before and cooked next morning (before going to church).
