Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole corn
1 c. creamed corn
1 egg or Egg Beaters
1 stick margarine
1 bell pepper, chopped or grated
1 onion, chopped or grated
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 box Jiffy Meal
Preparation

Mix the ingredients one at a time.
Stir well after each item. Place the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Cut into squares or dip out.
